The staff are kind and amazing. My family is Thai, but I'm foreign born, so my Thai is mediocre. They speak English and they helped with transportation to airports and to any sites you want to visit in and around Chiang Mai. The beds in Thailand are usually traditionally more firm, but the beds here were softer and more comfortable in my opinion. They have an elevator and scale for luggage as well. It's a smaller scale hotel, so that means better service and attentiveness to guests' needs. Also, there's a street market that's open everyday that local Thais go to for food that's a 10 minute walk straight down the road following the Gates (brick walls of old Chiang Mai). Open mornings and evenings. The hotel is also on a busy street so more frequent song theaws (red truck taxis) to wave down to ride somewhere.

As I took a night bus, I arrive super early like 7.30am already in the hotel. I already informed through the app to drop my luggage and ask whether there's a public shower room that I can use as I need to go on tour before check in time. But, when I arrive, the public restroom is super clean & empty, so I can change clothes and clean up a bit. The great thing is, the room is ready at 10am, so I can check in right away (usually many hotels still ask you to wait near the check in time). The room is clean and quiet, eventho it is located on the main road. It is also near the Sunday night market (around 1km walk). Really enjoy staying here and will be back if there's another opportunity.

An absolute gem of a boutique hotel within the old city walls has all the qualities of a 5 star hotel but with the personal attentiveness from the family run and family oriented staff. The carefully selected pillows, sheets & mattress made our sleep just perfect. The decor of the restaurant has an old world charm with it’s eclectic style. Although a limited selection of meals to offer that was apart of our booking, they do cater for specific dietary requirements which was very pleasing to see.Coffee is a real treat and helped us enjoy our mornings. The rooms are kept spotless and you’ll find a lot of usable space for you luggage and personal belongings.

Great location and great staff. The hotel location is really good. From there you can walk to the main attraction sites to visit all the different temples. The room was neat and tidy. It was very comfortable to stay there. The staff were the best. We had to go to the airport and as it was raining so much that the streets were flooded, we were offered by the staff to be accompanied to the airport free of charge. That was a great gesture from them and it was highly appreciated. It’s really a great place to stay in Chiang Mai.

Everything! The staff were so helpful and made us feel so welcome! The location was walking distance to food and markets. The rooms were clean and beds were so comfortable. Aircon worked great and there was a bug tv. They gave us 4x water bottles a day for 2 guests, and had a water tap in the lobby. They even would ask us when we went out for the day about cleaning our room, so they could clean it right away before we came back. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Chiang Mai!
